Size, mechanism, fabric, filling, and whether it fits through the door.
Measure the room and leave at least 60 cm of walkway around the sofa. Remember the door and lift sizes too.
If it will open every night, pay attention to the mechanism and mattress. With pets, choose a tightly woven fabric over velvet or bouclé.
